    I know longer hold RUM shares but still keep an eye on it and therefore this take over attempt of CEN.

    I agree I would hate to see egos get in the way of a smart decision, at the moment the RUM deal is definately in the best interests for CEN holders who are long term.

    Obviously the directors might not like it as they are likely to lose there big salaries. But for CEN holders who want development and progress I would say take this offer.
