I'm now thinking about the drawdown of the ATM which UNS had to have give a couple of weeks notice for. To me it now seems as though they knew in mid May that we wouldn't have announced the deal by now. Hence the drawdown for 7 weeks of cash.

I don't believe that the contract is out for signature with the Pharma. Perhaps the only signature which is required is for the copy sitting in a UNS intray . It's the only explanation to me as to why Alan could 'go live' with supreme confidence on more than one occasion that a deal will be coming shortly.
