So are you stating that based on the latest Balai appraisal-estimate-projection, this sp is about to break the low 60s?
Because anything less than that will not be a new high of late will it?
Perhaps you can be a bit more specific with your "new high" statement rather than your usual pulling comments from your guesswork maybe bag with little substance to back it up, because I am finding this excitable guardedly worded nonsense from some on here extremely amateurish and tiresome.
