a co worker of mine went to a free prop seminar in the city lastnight (Sydney)
He gave me some quick feedback.....the speakers advised heavily against investment in melb cbd due to too many apartments being built atm.(oversupply)
The speakers are pushing investment in Qld due to forecast population growth over the next ten years blah blah.
There was a turnout of around 100ppl at the seminar with free food and alcohol......sounds like the organisers were trying to get the people drunk lol
I don't get it, my co worker friend is smart (at work) but when it comes to investing $$ some people just don't get it... property investment is like a game of musical chairs.... the music is about to stop
