Arguing over minor points sounds like could be Scottish V Asian negotiations at play. : )
My tip is the cornerstone will be a name better than expected and the terms perhaps worse. They may be arguing over who gets 49 and who gets 51 percent (which is quite a significant difference really over a small number change).
But as Macca suggested they will be getting a decent bite for their buck or they may have taken out the whole shooting match.
Im calling Samsung (or Koreans anyway). Samsung would be great, they are taking over the electronics market currently with better products on several fronts. They will be needing a lot of REEs well into the future.
