thanks for the clarification. I know nestor was selected for la. doesn't seem too good for them that they haven't got them up and running yet. i did see that article where they were questioning nestor's ability to stay in business and follow through on the contract. these types of questions should be useful in winning houston. that was a very nice win the other day in plano.
