    G'day hercules007

This one definitely trades in slow motion.

Their lead product is a safety blood collection device. Been struggling to get it to market for 9 years. Had a false start 2 years ago. They have recently signed what looks to me like a company making deal with a Chinese manufacturer.

I will leave it up to you to read the ann and make up your own mind. [for some strange reason the HotCopper website does not seem to be hosting the relevant ann. Look for "Medigard signs licence agreement" dated 3/4/2013]

I put it on my watchlist sometime in the deep dark past and forgot all about it, but saw the ann come up and decided to buy. As far as I can tell there have only been 2 other buyers.

The one negative which is puzzling me is recently one of the directors recently retired from the board and he has been quietly selling [about 200,000 at a time ... he controls about 7% of the shares and it is his stock which is supplying much of the liquidity atm.]. On the upside [I think] he was simultaneously replaced by a senior manager who has left his job at the Chinese Co which did the deal with MGZ. [possibly a little incestuous but on the whole a vote of confidence in MGZ's product I think]

Happy to chat about MGZ but because it trades so lightly it is difficult to say anything that is not going to be misconstrued as ramping.... although after just typing my reply I see you disclose that you are holding. Personally I think this one is a winner, I am buying to keep them.
