    Buddy you have it wrong with those pre-sales.
    There are two separate pre-sales. One of approx. $3 mill and one of approx. $24 mill. The 3 mill is an interest free loan and the $24 mill is at a 3% discount to the spot price at the time of each shipment. Pretty competitive terms!!!
