By a country mile the best thing I have given up (about 20 years ago)
was television.
I am healthier, happier and I believe better informed and I think better.
One thing I have noticed is that I now cannot stand seeing tv at all - talking heads embarrass me that we are the same animal and popular shows remind me just how stupid humans are.
God help us if aliens get an idea of the human race by our tv.
