I totally understand & agree with your sentiments, but sadly I think there was ducks & drakes going on with this project half way through last year (imo) and the writing was on the wall for me when Tweets & Co. personally made phone calls to various parties pre-X'mas - and we SHOULD have been well informed of all progress & issues into the Q3 last year imo.

What baffles me is when you contact companies such as this one and they say words to the effect of: 'the sp price or the day-to-day fluctuations of the sp are not of our concern'. But at the end of the day you have to ask yourself are you investing in the wrong management, or the wrong company??? Sadly, I think Management may have been blind-sided by the vendors who sold this project (imo) and therefore DD has to come into question - especially when you talk to the Governing bodies.

As for the Philippines it's fair to say they are very nice people who speak good English & are reasonably well educated - but you only have to look at Transparency International or Wikipedia to see that the Philippines ranked 129th out of 178 with 1 being less corrupt. Sadly, in Government affairs, it appears the country is still highly corrupt in terms of corruption, graft, bribery, embezzlement, back door deals, nepotism & patronage [Source: wikipedia & transparency.org].
