There are some positive points about such an outcome should it materialise.
I believe Duped, Plumbob, Jadel and others identified these positive points.
The gist of them is that we hold on to them-red-coat-tails and ride all the way to retaliatory action against Dgenny.
Should we let go of them-red-coat-tails, Dgenny the
silver-tongued one will be off the hook
with legal action availability snuffed from under our feet.
This may be so because of the danger that Doubtsett like
bench morons may interpret our votes at the meeting as "release from Dgenny" stampede.
Hence perhaps it may be better that ASIC stampedes over Dgenny and we continue trampling all over her into the sunset.
With one proviso; that ASIC orders PIF asset sales effective from this coming Wednesday, start of the show.
I trust PIFAG will stampede this point into ASIC ASAP if not already having done that.
