My understanding is that it was an honest mistake and involved a parcel of shares been transferred between custodians. The mistake was that a 3m parcel transferring leaves the overall holding the same.
Forest, your point about the history of the father is fair enough but I am at a loss to see how the milking is taking place, particularly when Mulpha who own 26% always stump up to put in their share of the CR's.
Are they doing us slowly via the JV's in Sydney? I don't think so. Salaries are a small part of the expenditure pie and besides Corporate overheads are coming down substantially. They were 17% in 2011 and will probably be around 13% in FY13.
I believe their apparent disinterest in the SP is tied up with the Asian mindset. They have a long term plan and don't give a tinker's cuss about short term sentiment. They are clearly long term investors and not short term traders.
