If the mine cost is $300m as they have reported, simple maths says they will need additional capital. clearly that can be in many forms. issuing new shares for items of plant is a capital raising.

Mathematically they cant do it without capital unless they actually go for one of those loan things!

I didnt spray anything around on the mine cost. it was always at the top end of the range whilst most others were always at the very bottom.

Realism works.
