Fezza ... how can the fact that IO takes up 40% of the Chinese steel makers costs have anything to do with an over-supply of steel in China? Perhaps it does impact upon the price of the steel they manufacture; however, two points need to be acknowledged.

Firstly, if you need steel for construction, you need steel for construction, despite the higher prices demanded, or your economy perishes.

Secondly, SDL appear to offer one of the cheapest IO production options in the world, so doesn't that make SDL even MORE attractive, especially if the Chinese steel-makers own them?
