So the new name will be ePay Asia Limited. That's no surprise really.
Well, that's the end for the SkyNetGlobal and W Home businesses. With the release of the PKF report, I doubt if anybody is going to buy these businesses, as was alluded to in the ePay announcements several weeks ago.
A fellow SKG shareholder told me that the majority of staff from the Australian operations have been cut. I'm guessing these businesses are going to be wound down.
Soon has relied on the strategy of building up businesses, then flogging them off - that's where most of SKG's revenues have come from. I sure hope we see something from these businesses as well.
