I have recently spoken with management concerning the finalisation viz-a-ve announcement concerning the Wailawi project and the company was extremely tight lipped.

When asked when can I expect to read an asx announcement about the finalisation of the deal, so that the company can then finalise the Prospectus, all I could get out of management was soon.

More importantly, when I quizzed management about the prospectus and trying to get an understanding of time frames, I was informed that work on the prospectus was well under way. I get the feeling that the company may be more advanced on this front then I thought.

In short being a I hold plenty, I remain extremely confident that this company is finally on the road to achieving the long awaited transformation.

The reason I originally invested in the company has not changed, this key reason was my expectation of the the anticipated share price appreciation being many multiples of when I first invested (and average price).

D: I recall originally buying shares around the 1.1/1.2c level.

    Cheers
