GXY stock will trade in the single digits shortly after trading has resumed. Many holders will sell their new shares for a quick 20% profit, possibly the only profit in GXY stock that they will ever make. Even IF (and that's a massive IF) the offering was fully subscribed, it would not nearly be enough to repay debt, let alone finance SdV. Should they be forced to sell assets like James Bay you won't believe at what fire sale prices it will be done. Forget that 30M nonsense. The bodystrippers will "negotiate" excellent deals, at our expense, of course. They hold all the aces.

Many shareholders, including myself, have been complaining about GXY's all-at-once approach for years. That didn't prevent me from suffering losses since I haven't done the only consequent thing possible. Always hoping for the best. Never again. Now it is clear to everybody: GXY has overstretched itself. And now we have to pay for it.
