seychelles approval update - ann out, page-14

I really don't understand why some people aren't happy.

It's not even 5 hours after a major government approval and there is a argument put forward that the farmee should have signed the JOA in that time.

*facepalm*

If you were going to spend 10s of millions of dollars on exploration you'd probably what to have another read of everything too. Due diligence would include confirming details with the Seychelles Government, rechecking the JOA, inform board, call meeting/agenda for next meeting, copies signed then couriered etc... Formalities but it is still due diligence. It's not going to happen in 5 hours.
