The first CR gave us at least a chance to "average down" at a price we could more or less participate. I was not happy and wanted that the CFO head rolls.
But if the amendment means the cr will only be available for those major shareholders or is at a higher price (for example 24c) it means the small ones like me will not have enough cash to participate fully... hence full dilution.
Btw I don't see why people are happy that Iggy resigned. He may be incompetent in finance but as far as I understand it he wasn't the CFO! His expertise was to build a company from zero and that he did. It's not Iggy that should have been sacked but the rest of the board!
Iggy away it only means the company is more in the hand of ... the Others (I can't find a nice term).
Less and less happy :(
