re: Ann: Prospectus Delay and Cancellation of... IMO,this is the probable reason why the CEO resigned because the orginal cap raise would have been designed/proposed by Mr Tan and there was likely a major shareholder revolt which has now culminated in this new plan.

The question is:

If this is to appease the major shareholders will it benefit us retail shareholders?.
I note that the ann says " in the best interests of all shareholders".
I must admit that this ann is some relief although the details are not yet known.
