I assume the intagilbles has to do with goodwill of the accountants they have signed up. I will look into it though. More importantly the ann't yesterday indicated the business has turned and trading on only 8x this will re-rate
• Continued improvement in traditional Wealth Management Revenue (New
Business & Recurring)
• 3 new Accounting Firm JV Wealth Management (50 / 50) Partners. This is new and 10% increase
• Improving new leads
• Increased key management & employee ownership in the company,
up from 20% to 35%
• Increase in FUM.
• Reduction in debt. Looking to cut 750 to 800 out in the 2H
• Confirmation of increase in dividend (final). I think they will payout 10%
• Continued review of Accounting & SMSF services structure
