thanks for your reply, from reading many posts about CAZ most the better ones coming from yourself and a few others more recently, (more info and less ramping) I am a little confused about the legal process. A lot of blokes have posted on hc that the warden's descision is final. You just mentioned that this could go all the way to the high court. What are the implications for either party if they are ruled against by the warden? Can they appeal to a court? If so, this could really take months - or years to settle. I just wouldn't have thought that Nathan would have the resources to justify such a lengthy legal action against the might of RIO. As Tiger or 8ball have said.... "Nathan would be better swallowing his pride and doing a deal for $2mil rather than lose everything for $20mil."

I guess, with Nathan's experience, it is probably worth a punt.
