Buddy I agree with you. Being such an illiquid stock it can be manipulated. Now I am looking at Volume - low approx 3 million. Compare this to the pfs 2 years ago or even other announcements with timeone. It could be a few holders leaving but not a stampede at the moment. The concern is the lack of buying and support at any level. So not many players are seeing value. I feel this an extreme reaction based on disappointment and frustration. i dont think anybinstos are leaving yet at these levels. However this doesnt mean that they are not looking to exit, maybe waiting for the right moment. the volune action just indicates a wait and see.
I find it ludicrous for management to release a statement in which funding and CR was on the horizon and in thevmidst of funding negotiations come off the halt and have the risk of the SP being savaged. Surely this would comprise any negotiations.
