YIPA aren't the ones doing the port upgrade, they only represent a group of companies in the Yilgarn. Maybe you should speak to Esperance port direct and maybe they will answer your question. Im sure there is plenty going on behind the scenes but it is hard to see how they will export ore outside of the MUIOF upgrade seeing as there is no spare capacity otherwise.
