I have got no idea about $ number, but I would think there is a huge difference between Browse and Hornet - because Browse is conventional resource, and Hornet is tight sands?

crucially the browse wells will be flowing at meaningful flow rates, whereas Hornet is flowing at 2.2mmscf/d, which I am told is uncommercial for a well that costs $15m to drill and frac. Of course a Browse well offshore would cost a bucket load also.

also hasn't Browse already proved-up? unsure.

i think we are not comparing apples with apples.

other posters on HC are better qualified than me to comment on this issue.
