    I had assumed an 'equity loan' to be a convertible note.

    Conversion date down the line when (fingers crossed) the share price is much higher. Hence the minimal dilution.

    I had assumed that this would go hand-in-hand with an off-take agreement of sorts.

    Got to fly, I have my perf review now!
