Does this mean the company can't pay more than 12.28c for shares in the buyback ?
Are the shares likely to go above this level in the next 12 months or are they deliberately screwing with shareholders to get back the shares very very cheaply ? Why don't the ASX stop this rorting and robbing of shareholders ?
