I think CEN managemnt are looking after their positions not shareholders!! RUM are advanced and better situated to get the project executed so CEN/Monument will have to take a back seat on rail and port access. Why would CEN not want to partner up and share the capital on logistics!! RUM have time and will keep plotting away and if it doesn't go through now in a couple years pick CEN up after the cash is burnt!
