asx360 ... I doubt that the 27mil shares has anything to do with current facility. see notice of meeting (resolution 2) whereby 16 April 2013 38,777,778 shares at 2c were issued to Range resources. This coincides with the substantial shareholder notice re a supposed 18 April transaction.
so the 27mil were not at 1 cent .... at least per the official records so far received!!!
