Hi Buddy,


I am tooing and froing on this and I would definitely like to proceed now with a claim for compensation, at least for myself to establish a precedent.

My beliefs are that a settlement should be reached before going to a Judge. That is why I persist with representations.

I did not want to have to go to anyone else for help in this. That is why I have not approached my friend to make me an advance. I like to do my own thing and take the consequences. and not impose on others.

With S&L that is a Class Action. I will need to consult one or two others on whether to proceed down this avenue. I am thinking that a better case could be presented when we know what copper grades emanate from Rocklands when mining commences.

I will keep pondering,
