So retail investors have the choice of stretching themselves with participation in the raising .
If this gets to production , what is to stop issue of another 80% of equity i.e. 44.4% equity in the new enlarged share base .
The only thing I can think of is that if Kerogen cannot go beyond 49.9% there is no incentive for further raisings .
