and

there are moderate issues with 1/10 of smsf


if the ato come after you

liquidate the corporate trustee and squirrel your assets offshore!

or

leave the corporate trustee to face the music and squirrel your assets offshore!

or

just leave the old corporate trustee to face the music and appoint another corporate trustee!


presumably they will want to seize your assets as well
