I hold neither RUM or CEN but am keen to build an exposure at some stage to the calorie creators. I have been watching this takeover and JV stuff with interest but I must say I am a bit surprised at the way the CEN board is behaving.
It appears to me that they just don't want to deal with RUM - I am not sure they are acting with the shareholders best interests at heart from what I can see.
CEN shareholders can have 49% of just their piece (not it is inferred so might not be as big as you think) or 25% of both theirs AND RUMs piece with more guaranteed cash and a much quicker timeline - also the surety of a decent measured resourced.
