Watso - cerhob is pretty sure that the Greens senate spot in Tasmania will be retained by The Silly Greens. It's Brown's old seat and the new guy took his spot when Brown retired mid term.

Cerhob says that Brown won a full quota in his own right (actually 1.4 quotas) and his replacement Peter Whish-Wilson is one of the better qualified members of the Silly Greens.

He was an economist and winemaker before entering politics and before that a lecturer at the University of Tasmania and also worked for Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank.
