Gaga - I'm sure you are aware that Thailand intends ignoring patent law to manufacture Tamiflu as they are still awaiting a response regarding whether they can get a licence to manufacture it. Wonder how you would feel if Thailand, Vietnam, Europe, etc started manufacturing Relenza "illegally" and didn't give any money to BTA and GSK? Surely, many countries manufacturing it would be in the best interests of the world population?
