As far as I am aware, GCN is only a content provider to Sony for IPTV just like moshpit.com, not the owner of any technology that makes it possible or unique. Sony would own that.
GCN was supplying its originally content to Sony for the Sony IPTV service for a UCTV channel. Can anyone confirm if this channel is still active?
Also is the technology for the promoted LG service in any way unique or is that also just a stream from the existing uctv.fm website? LG would own its technology surely?
