Cigar lake will not be enough to cover the shortfall due the the ending of the megaton to megawatt program.
My understanding is, it takes 25 million pounds of uranium ore to make the 700 tonnes of low enriched uranium—fuel for nuclear power plants, which will be removed from the market at the end of 2013.
I could be off track, maybe someone with more knowledge can deny or confirm...
