If our price is higher than 18c by the end of September, the directors can pay 18c for a share that is worth more.
Say the market price is 20c by then, they get their shares at a 10% discount.
If the market price is 36c by then, they get their shares at a 50% discount.
That is why we are all hoping that our directors will be doing their upmost to get a share price well above 18c.
If the price is below 18c then the directors won't take up the deal and AVB doesn't get the cash from the directors buying the options and us poor shareholders won't be happy as the market price isn't what we had hoped for.
