    Well Torquepala, IF a Company like RCP etc. had any good news 'in their wings', they would be if possible hold on to it, or move slowly with any plans, because to announce anything at present would virtually be water of a duck's back, given all the Political talk in the Media etc.,in the run up to the Election.
