I'm thinking VOR is blinking loud and bright in the middle of the AVB T/Over radar... A cashed up and producing AVB will see the VOR/Xstrata/Glencore Carajas ground as a "perfect fit" for AVB. So I'm speculating that AVB will swallow VOR within the next 18 mths of so.
So the end result is it gives AVB a much bigger Cu prospect footprint in the Carajas region and an a cheap entry in the a potentially large Cu resource in Mongolia which VOR owns but has trouble raising capital for.
Purely a guess and joining the dots on my part.
