First off I wonder how long GGP management will take to inform the market? This has a material impact on the company and at the very least I would have thought GGP would be a creditor due to the money they have paid (GGP that is) to fight the Page/Petro Raider legal case.

Company announcements in the past have stated that Arturus had provided us an indemnity which subsequently GGP has paid. So my belief is that GGP can sue(yes right) or at least be a creditor.

This could get ugly soooon imho
