Spoke to SBR today, confirmed over phone the following:

(i) RC Drilling at Schlangental

RC Drilling at Schlangental commenced last weekend, due to the shallow drilling there (60 to 90 metres) and level terrain, SBR are having no problems there atm, and should complete their first round of RC Drilling by next weekend (30th June).

If results from the RC Drilling prove encouraging, SBR may pursue JORC Drilling of Schlangental.

SBR are very positive of the prospectivity of Schlangental, and are certainly hoping for similar drilling success encountered from Guchab Main.



(ii) Company owned Drill Rig:

The company Owned Drill Rig is fully commissioned.



(iii) Next Announcement

SBR is waiting for Drill Holes 23, 24 and 25 from the lab, once received, there will be an announcement.



(iv) Resource Target for Guchab Main Oxide

Commentary on a resource target for the Guchab Main Oxide will be forthcomming. I speculate this will happen once a greater understanding/confidence of the structure is developed.



(v) Kaskara

SBR is in discussions with a third party in relation to geophysical drilling. Market will be kept informed.
