It's disappointing that they haven't refuted the claims on asx. Doesn't matter who it is with the funding debacle from last time of course it leaves doubt and a perceived higher risk factor, I bought some more on the funding and could have waited until people ran for the door with this so I'm unhappy they haven't defended their share price. Especially with a confidentiality agreement in place you'd reckon they wouldn't muck around with off take and $65m. The problem is in a hurry to get going with FAS may not be what we would consider days/weeks it could be months or quarters! Therein lies the problem I expect price to retract sub 1c shortly :(
Nobody likes cloaks, daggers and question marks over funding. For all holders sakes I hope they conclude shortly and start building a mine.
