In reality, I will be pleased to see it rerate to 4 cents at break even and then hopefully push towards 8 cents as subscribers grow.

Mixing DVD with streaming is a great move IMO. I have been streaming movies to my TV in HD and it's been great (far, far faster than Netflix and the fast forward feature is light years ahead - the search function needs work though). The selection isn't broad but there's some top films there. They are immediately sending me new DVDs the moment I mark the other as returned so can't complain there either. Best of both worlds.
