Hazzah! Just bought a new house and in celebration popped a bottled of Laurent Perrier Champagne.

A little light on the fizz but that could be a cork issue. Aromas of citrus, stonefruit and honey with hazelnut, brioche and fennel courtesy of the ageing on lees. Well balanced palate with the dosage meeting the acid correctly even though I prefer it a little drier but that's me, I like licking lemons. Palate falls away quickly which is my only criticism from a technical POV (anything else is personal and therefore not relevant)
