What a ridiculous post !

If you want to criticise Troy's performance, be specific. I doubt that you can point at a single poor decision.

The demise of the share price cannot be attributed to Troy (or management). All of the smaller oil and gas companies are trading at yearly lows. Regarding the actions of M&G, Troy tried to make contact and organise a more structured placement but they ignored his offer.

We are all frustrated by the share price (including Troy who has plenty of "skin in the game").

The fundamentals have not changed and at some stage in the future some sense will return to the share price.
