Yesterday's ann was a good one IMHO and i think some holders panicked and got flushed out with the sell down. Also there looks to be a few banking on a big run post anns which didnt happen so they sold.
For me, 4.2 TCF is worth ~$10b in ground at current gas prices so def a potentially valuable resource but the kicker is the location close to infrastructure i.e. powerlines and a gas station with pipelines. That will put this project years ahead of other explorers. Also the new PELA is strategically a good one and consolidates the entire block. In this game its all about location, prospectivity and management and we have all 3.
