    Actually, Unilife would almost certainly have legal rights, and could probably sue under estoppel, and probably other contractual rights. If negotiations are complete they may also have a heads of agreement.

    AS doesn't say the contract is complete, but that negotiations are successfully complete. The Contract is finalized, not executed. I don't think it sounds like BS at all. All IMHO.
