Someone is selling his business, cost him $800k to set up few years back, now he owed about $1.3m after unsuccessful venture & extra expenses. Now he is selling it for $200k.... cheap right? or perhaps make him an offer of $100k, pretty sure he'll sell it. Yes, great bargain... but his debt we'll be unto you. He is in Goldcoast anyway. Same principle apply in BBG investment.
