We got a 10% rerate just for the possibility of the 58 mil fin package in processing stage, based on a few conditions.

Maybe the market got this right, caution with deals not 100% done and still in June tax selling period.

I didn't see any mountains to climb in previous ann, just some gentle rolling hills. IF the market gave us 10% on a possibility, we could quite easily see many multiples of that based on some facts.

Fact 1 in next 2 weeks or so sign off on the 12 mil
Fact 2 in next 2 weeks or so assay results + jorc upgrade
Fact 3 in next 2 weeks to 2 months. 58 mil signed.

My preference would be to see them in that order and preferably starting towards the end of June / first week of July.

Last weeks anns was just a reminder to keep some interest there, maybe not there intention but what a great time to accumulate more if you have the money, it was actually a great ann way beyond my expectations.

The reality of ticking above facts is the game changer for AVB. My feeling is the market will respond warmly as people look for good solid growth stories in the new financial year.
